At Saint + Vale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
